The initial setup of the Architects Form allows you to easily access the list of architects for Customers and Jobs on the Customers Form and when creating Estimates using the Estimate Wizard.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The fields in this form are all optional and not required to move on to the next step, the entry of the architects is strictly for reference and allowing for easier selection when associating specific Architects to a Customer or Job.<\/span>Directions to complete each step of the setup process can be found on this page. Setting up your Architects<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Adding your Architects to Allpro Insulator will help you keep track of Architects on a per Customer or per Job basis. Reports can then be created in order to better track sales and other important information relevant to the each Architect. The Estimate and Customer Lists can easily be filtered to group by the Architect.<\/h4>\n

This form also works as a contact list for your Architects, and will be useful for quick reference to their full contact information.<\/p>\n

On this form you can start a new record for an Architect by typing in the grey field at the bottom of the current list. With this format it is easy to add all the needed details for this supplier. The complete list of fields on this form are,<\/p>\n
