For questions regarding licensing, please call Allpro technology at (231) 839-7928 or email Info@AllproTechnology.com<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Email settings and contact information found in User Preferences and the Sales Reps form must be completed for DSign to function properly.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">If using Microsoft Outlook for outgoing email, ensure the 64-bit version of Microsoft Office is installed. The Email Schedule Template selected will also determine the schedule and content of any automated follow-up messages.&nbsp; Users will be given the opportunity to select rather or not to send any follow-up messages when they create and send the initial DSign proposal email.&nbsp; For help with Email Schedule Templates, click <a href=\"https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/insulation-email-schedule-templates.html\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">here<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Click Create\/View DSign or Create\/Send DSign<\/strong> &#8211; After composing your DSign email message, click Create\/Send DSign to generate the email message and DSign record, or click Create\/View DSign to create the DSign record, then manage it later from the DSignature List.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Select Rather or not to Send automated Follow-up \u2013 <\/strong>After clicking Create\/Send, users will be prompted to select whether to schedule any follow-up messages included in the selected Email Schedule Template.&nbsp; Clicking \u201cYes\u201d will schedule follow-up messages as specified in the Email Schedule Template, clicking \u201cNo\u201d will stop the follow-up messages from being created.&nbsp; If the customer accepts or rejects the proposal, any scheduled follow-up messages will be cancelled automatically.&nbsp; For more help with Email Schedule Templates, click <a href=\"https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/insulation-email-schedule-templates.html\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8964\" src=\"https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"413\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/4.jpg 413w, https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/4-300x131.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 413px) 100vw, 413px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Note that new DSign records will not appear in the DSignature List until the next synchronization of data with the cloud through Allpro Cloud Services. This process normally occurs automatically roughly every 15 minutes.&nbsp; Users will need to click \u201cRefresh\u201d on the DSignature List form to see new data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mod-img\">After creating and sending the DSign proposal, a post back summary will be displayed in upper part of the DSign dialogue, as pictured below.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8963\" src=\"https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"690\" srcset=\"https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/5.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/5-300x173.jpg 300w, https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/5-1024x589.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/allproinsulationsoftware.com\/contractor-help-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/5-768x442.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Report Title<\/strong> \u2013 Displays the title of the report selected from Report Master (E) when creating the DSign proposal<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Sender<\/strong> \u2013 Displays the software user that sent the proposal,<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>D\/T Created<\/strong> and <strong>D\/T Sent<\/strong> \u2013 Display the timestamps for the creation and sending of the proposal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>D\/T Accepted\/Rejected<\/strong> \u2013 Logs the date and time when the customer takes action on the proposal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Status<\/strong> \u2013 Displays the current status of the DSign proposal: \u201cPending\u201d, \u201cAccepted\u201d, or \u201cRejected\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Acc\/Rej By<\/strong> \u2013 Displays the name entered when proposal is accepted or rejected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>View<\/strong> \u2013 The light-blue button in this field will open the DSign link in a web browser for the user to review.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Note that text from the DSign email message and settings will remain visible in the dialogue after the message is sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The DSign Proposal<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The DSign Proposal is a web page that can be viewed on both desktop computers or mobile devices and is presented to the customer as a link in an email message.&nbsp;
