The initial setup of the Architects Form allows you to easily access the list of architects for Customers and Jobs on the Customers Form and when creating Estimates using the Estimate Wizard.

Setting up your Architects

Adding your Architects to Allpro Insulator will help you keep track of Architects on a per Customer or per Job basis. Reports can then be created in order to better track sales and other important information relevant to the each Architect. The Estimate and Customer Lists can easily be filtered to group by the Architect.

This form also works as a contact list for your Architects, and will be useful for quick reference to their full contact information.

 

On this form you can start a new record for an Architect by typing in the grey field at the bottom of the current list. With this format it is easy to add all the needed details for this supplier. The complete list of fields on this form are,

There is also a blue button located next the Email and Website Field. With this button you can easily and instantly create an email address to this contact or visit their website, without having to fumble through your browser or outlook contact list. Once you have finished filling out this form press the save button above to store the records you just created.

 

Using your Architects

The Architects that are created on the Architects form can be selected for association to any Customer or Job on the Customers Form, Estimates Form or Estimate Wizard..
