User Dashboards

 

The User Dashboard was designed to put the tasks at hand at your fingertips as soon as the program opens. With this feature you can:

User Calendar Invoice Splits by Job Status
Currently Scheduled Jobs Current Follow-up Calls
Estimate Totals by Job Status Current Tasks
Invoice Totals by Job Status Estimate / Invoice Totals
Current Prospects Estimate / Invoice Quantity
Pending Estimates Estimate Totals by Customer
Estimate Splits by Job Status Invoice Totals by Customer

This feature is user specific and allows each user to have a unique experience with the dashboard. When a user logs in, only the data that is set for them is displayed on the “user Dashboard”. With the release of Version 9, users with proper permissions have the ability to select other users to view so they can see what their employees have going on at any given time.

You can customize what panels you would like to see displayed on the dashboard. Just click the Customize button.

In this form you can select the panels that you would like to see on the user dashboard. Once you have finished selecting what you would like to see on the user dashboard click on the “Save Layout / Done” button.
