The Follow Up Calls Form

Keeping track of phone calls being made to your company or that need to be returned are an important aspect of sales. With the follow-Up Calls form each user can keep track of calls coming in, and calls that need to be made that they are responsible for taking. If it is sales or import calls that need to be made for everyday business, recording them on this form, and from other locations in the program will help keep your schedule and business moving.

You are provided with several columns in which to keep track of information that pertains to your Follow-Up Calls.

  • M/R – This is a drop down field with an “M” (Made) and “R” (Received) option
  • Customer Name – Customer that is involved with this Follow-Up Call
  • Subject – A brief description of the topic or subject this call is regarding
  • Status – This is the active status that you placed this call. This is an editable drop-down, so you can manage your own status choices
  • F – When this is checked it indicates and sets the record for the need of a follow up to be made
  • F Date – This will be the date that the follow up needs to be performed
  • Assign to User – This is a drop-down field that is populated with the current users in Allpro Insulator. Assigning them with this record will place it on their Follow-Up Calls
  • Date/Time – Original date and time of record being created
  • N – If this box is checked it indicates that additional notes were taken at the bottom of this form (shown below in yellow)
  • Details – This button will open the customer information up in the Customers Form
