Allpro DSign has been completely redesigned from the ground up for
Allpro Insulator Version 14+.

Allpro DSign is now available to all Allpro Insulator 2022 users at no additional cost.

Key Features:

• Allows your customers to easily accept or reject your proposals online using virtually any internet capable device!
• Allows your customers to select the optional packages and line item upgrades they want, so you can easily determine which portions of your proposal they would like to accept.
• Allows your sales reps to create automated follow-up email campaigns. For example, you can schedule an automated follow-up email to be sent out 5 days after the original Allpro Dsign proposal. You could then schedule an additional follow-up email to automatically be sent out 8 days after the original email was sent. The email campaign will automatically be cancelled once the prospect has accepted or rejected the proposal.
• Create personalized scheduled email messages from templates by using data tags. For example, Hello {ContactName}, I was just following up with you regarding your {JobName} project. The Contact Name and Job Name data tags would be replaced with the values associated with the current estimate. This allows you to create a standardized set of email templates that can be used for all your DSign proposals.
• Scheduled emails can be sent to the customer or sales rep. This allows you to schedule reminder emails for your sales rep, as well as the customer. For example, {SaleRep}, don’t forget to follow up with {ContactName} regarding the {JobName} job.
• Follow-up calls can be automatically scheduled for the sales rep based on when the DSign was sent. For example, a follow-up call can be scheduled each time an email is sent to the customer. This allows your sales reps to keep track of when they need to follow-up with their prospects and coordinate the follow-up call with an email that is automatically sent via Allpro DSign.
• The DSign List allow your sales reps (and management staff) to easily check the status of all proposals sent. The DSign List has indicator lights to show whether the DSign is currently Pending, Accepted, or Rejected.

As you can see, Allpro DSign provides your sales staff with all the tools they need to ensure another proposal doesn’t slip through the cracks. At the same time, it also greatly simplifies the process of accepting a proposal for your customers.
